EpochTwin™ Refund Policy

Last Updated: July 11, 2026

1. How Report Generation Works

EpochTwin reports are generated immediately after successful payment. Because generation begins right away and incurs immediate processing costs (AI computation and analysis), successfully generated reports are non-refundable.

2. When a Refund Is Available

A refund will be initiated only where payment was completed but your report was not generated. In practice, this means:

  • Payment was deducted but the transaction failed
  • You were charged more than once for the same report
  • Report generation failed due to a technical error on our end
  • Payment succeeded but no report was delivered to your account

Where generation fails on our end, you may choose either a full refund or a free regenerated report at no additional cost.

3. Time Window

All refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the payment being made. Requests received after this window will not be eligible for a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at either:

Include the following so we can process your request quickly:

  • Registered email address on your EpochTwin account
  • Payment/transaction ID (from your Razorpay receipt or bank/UPI statement)
  • Date and time of payment
  • Description of the issue

5. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside EpochTwin’s control.

6. What Is Not Refundable

  • Reports that were successfully generated and delivered, regardless of whether you agree with the findings — risk assessments are informational outputs, not products with defects
  • Requests raised more than 48 hours after payment
  • Dissatisfaction with the content, tone, or risk scores in a generated report
  • Subscription periods already consumed (see Section 7)

7. Subscriptions

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain full access until that period ends. No partial or pro-rata refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing cycle.

To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date via Settings → Account.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, your EpochTwin account may be suspended pending resolution. We ask that you reach out to us directly first — most issues are resolved faster this way than through a bank dispute.
