EpochTwin Terms of Service

EpochTwin uses artificial intelligence, established clinical risk calculators, and user-submitted health data to generate personalized preventive health risk reports. The Service includes:

• A health assessment questionnaire
• Optional upload and analysis of blood test/health scan reports
• AI-generated risk reports and recommendations
• A continuously updated “health twin” profile
• Subscription and one-time report purchase options

This is critically important — please read carefully.

EpochTwin is NOT a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical care. Our reports are generated using AI models and general clinical risk formulas based on population-level data. They provide statistical risk estimates, not individual medical diagnoses.

• EpochTwin does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
• Our reports should be used for general awareness and preventive planning only
• You must consult a qualified physician before making any medical decisions, starting/stopping any treatment, or acting on information in your EpochTwin report
• In case of a medical emergency, contact emergency services or visit a hospital immediately — do not rely on EpochTwin

EpochTwin, its founders, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any decisions made based on information provided through the Service.

• You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their consent

By uploading health documents, lab reports, or entering health information, you:

• Confirm that the information belongs to you or that you have the right to submit it
• Grant EpochTwin a license to process this data solely for the purpose of generating your reports and improving our Service (as described in our Privacy Policy)
• Understand that report accuracy depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide

• Prices for reports and subscriptions are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change with notice
• Payments are processed through Razorpay; EpochTwin does not store your payment card details
• Refund Policy:[Define your policy — e.g., “Reports are generated based on the data you provide and are non-refundable once generated. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.”] — adjust to your actual policy
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious files or content that infringes on others’ rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All content, technology, AI models, branding, and design elements of EpochTwin are the property of [Your Legal Entity Name] and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without written permission.

You retain ownership of the personal health data you submit. We do not claim ownership over your personal information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated risk assessments
• EpochTwin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to health outcomes, financial losses, or decisions made based on our reports
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

EpochTwin uses third-party services (including but not limited to OpenAI, Supabase, and Razorpay) to operate. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services, though we select providers that meet reasonable security and reliability standards.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or as required by law. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms (such as Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property) will survive termination.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of EpochTwin after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City], India.
